What solution for my galaxy j5 prime for having an issue in using any sim card?

Pls help me...i need a solution or app for my samsung j5 prime,it say's not registered on network when im using calls or text and mobile data

I'm talking about SIM Cards though (like SK Telecom, KTC, TNT, SMART, Globe, DITO, Sun, you name it)

What i mean is any sim card that can be used here in my country,actualy i only borrowed this phone from my friend,and before he lend me this,he format it,then he told me that he forgot what app is installed for this phone to work in any sim...the sim toolkit doesnt update,and it doesn't work as intended,i think thats the problem of this phone
