and still no android 10 One UI2  for last year's flagships .... ithink samsung has forgotten previous flagships.. it's realy unfair😕😕

According to the list, it's should be later in the year. Just be patience.

not quite sure how often do you plan on lamenting about this matter. since you're device is not a malaysian device, you really ought to check with the device home country support and not complaining here in and out of not receiving the updates. 

many people here are also waiting for the update.

When buying Samsung devices you have to take into account that there will be delays in getting the latest Software Updates. But i'm sure they are working on it as they have been rather quick with some other models. Probably delayed due to some issues. 

You wouldn't be happy as well if they released Android 10 that is so buggy that it becomes unusable right?

what about 2019? there wasnt any delay for their 2019 devices that was only for they freaking 2018 devices ... the ones that they just copied from 2017 devices

that's because it is easier to tweak the OS for newer models than old models.

plz imagine you have to match new features with older phones. every phone model has their own chipset capability, digital card capability, etc

they have to ensure new features of OS is supported by old chipset and digital card.

what more yours isn't a Malaysian device. software updates are release in batches in each country differently.

if anyone receives it in Malaysia.. and then what? you're gonna lament again since your device is middle east device?
