AR Code Error in Samsung Galaxy Note 9

Need help.

I rarely use AR Emojis in Samsung but I really want to try some of its feature today. However, when I tried doing so, this happens. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks!

I have already done the given protocols to ensure AR Emoji is set to work, however, it still can't open and prompts : "AR Code Error" . Attached is its latest version. Maybe Samsung Devs can take a look at it. I cannot attach vid screen record proof only pic.
