After trying out the bells and whistles of Nova launcher and Lawnchair 2 launcher, I am back to basics: stock Samsung launcher One UI 2.0 with minimal home screen. Honestly, while lacking in cosmetics and customisation, one UI 2.0 is fast and functional.
