Hi.. Im CYLim . Im using note 10 plus for a month , im facing battery drain problem and poor network issue .

1. I went to sleep with my network data is on , after 7 hours my battery dropped 30% . 

2. My signal bar is only 1 while my A50 is 4..

Did anyone of you encountered the same issue ? Can give me any suggestion..

same problem..10 plus for luxury use only..not for ordinary..when I contact Samsung. samsung marketing manager from KLIA that issue cannot change just use that mobile they answer me

yes , right after unbox the phone , but after factory reset on 22.12.2020 by samsung service centre , i manually download back those app..

so it has been 2 days after reset. use and see for another couple of days. i had battery drain problems when i smart switched apps. but after reset and a week or so(manually install apps), battery life has been good.
