Bixby Alarm Issue (2/2)

Hi.. 

I had posted a note regarding the subject and I believe Ithat I found why it happens, see below. 

Here is the difference I observed. Note 20 is having the Bixby News where it is not found in S24U. 

This is the reason Bixby madam😊 not reading news for us while waking up every morning.
