Galaxy NoteMy Samsung Note 20 Ultra suddenly went Black Screen ( Phone no display) but still can hear message incoming and incoming calls ringing. Face ID also still works fine. I try to reset by pressing volume down and power button together but Samsung logo not appearing. The phone able to reset but screen still black and I do not know what to do? I bought this phone in Singapore, still under warranty. But sadly I am now in overseas. This is very new phone and anyone can help to solve this issue??
