Note 10 plus. Camera scene optimizer

Anyone encounter such issues before? Scene Optimizer not sensitive. When I want to snap picture of a document using the scan function, it is not sensitive enough to detect that I want to scan. And so the scan button does not appear. Usually after trying for very long, then the button will suddenly appear. What can I do?

Here's a tip on Scene Optimizer on your Galaxy Note10+. You may reset the camera setting with the following steps:
Launch Camera app > Tap on setting (gear icon) > Tap on reset setting.

Thereafter, you may enable the optimizer setting to scan a document. Please refer to the link below for further information:
