Blurry Screenshot on Note10Plus

Just curious on Note10Plus screenshot, i have reset setting, but still the screenshot is blurry on sharing out. When share other images not screenshot, its ok. 

Is there any special setting for screenshot image format? Resolution or anything? Doesnt happen to my A30, A50 A6Plus.

sharing thru whatsapp?

Even wechat or send as doc/file.
But if you forward any image on whatsapp, no blur, but if for all screenshot, yes whatsapp always drop quality but why only screenshots? its all blur only this note10plus. the a30, a50 and a6plus doesnt have this blur.. there must be some settings

for whatsapp, even camera photo drop quality like hell, imagine your screenshot was taken on WQHD or FHD+ display on the phone... then whatsapp drop the quality... next you got the answer?

for wechat, you need to click full image before you send, first press the + icon, then select album, choose your desire photo to be sent, click on the photo then choose full image from the bottom...

best solution to solve the problem, sent using blutooth or email...

Blurry Screenshot on Galaxy A51

I found only Samsung got this problem which a screenshot on phone will become blurry when sharing to whatsapp. For other brand like Oppo, not having a problem at all. Come on Samsung, fix this issue.

reason, samsung had very hi resolution (WQHD+ or FHD+)... when u took a screenshot, the file size is very large... and whatsapp made the size smaller so the resolution drop...

so ask whatsapp to fix the issue rather than samsung...

True. Tested on other brand phone without such issue. Yes whatsapp drop quality, but why different brand with no issue? Not sure, its seems to have some setting hidden i guess. End up i tried using another brand.. note 10plus, ok for some but not for all

Samsung had very hi resolution? I think if you compare this reason with other brand that does not even par with samsung tech, shouldn't be a problem. Even if whatsapp dropped the quality, shouldn't be blurry compare to other brand. Come on, 720dp compare to 1080dp....

if you had google before you reply here, you would had have the answer...

remember how many ppi samsung have if u turn on FHD+ or even WQHD+

i already had this issue when using S8+ 3 years ago... and make it easy...

take a screenshot using WQHD+

then change to FHD+ and take another screenshot...

lastly... send both screenshots through whatsapp and you can spot the different...
