Camera image turns white when change to 3x zoom lens.

How come my NOTE 20 camera image turned white when I change from 1x to 3x.

Did you try taking other pictures at different scenes? Usually it turns white when the scene is too bright, and usually when zoom in the picture will be brighter, maybe try manually focus

Tried many scenes and only appears white when using 3x zoom lens.
