@rowandreal yes i contacted the CS via online chat and was told i was the very 1st to report such issue on note 10 plus S Pen (which i find it weird coz i've read some post as early as dec2020). Anyway, they just asked me to do the usual troubleshooting but none of it fix the prob. thus, they suggested to visit the nearest samsung service ctr....the nearest would be more than 9kms...SIGH so frustrating ... i seldom use the spen unfotunately when i needed to use the air actions for a powerpoint presentation and pulled out the S pen it was disconnected. i was able to reconnect by doing the SPen reset. waited for the s pen to charge 100% and pulled out the s pen again but the s pen battery level went down so quickly to 80 then 50, 30 then 20% to low batt in less than a minute. now im suspecting that the s pen supercapacitor is defective. I only bought this unit 20Feb2020....
would appreciate it if note 10 plus users will also share info and/or experiences bout the issue not just like to accumulate/receive badge. Inputs would be helpful instead👌. looking forward to it🤞🙏🙏🙏
i had my s-pen replaced last June of 2020. then last December, it happened again and refused to replace coz the warranty had passed. they won't admit it is a known issue.
