Can't extract text when smart select

Do anyone have this problem? When i use smart select, the extract text button in unavailable.

I'm currently using samsung note 9

My Note 9 death with green screen suddenly without damage and falling.Note 9 not stable with the last software.

I am facing the same issue ,,not able extract text anymore any the screen turn into green ,,

I have the same problem, on my Note 9. "Extract Text" not selectable. I guess I'll need to upgrade my phone model.
