Can't send SMS

I've been unable to send SMS on my Galaxy Note20, this has been going on for at least 3 days. Things I've done so far

1. cleared SMS data&cache

2. Restart

3. Checked message centre number for both sim cards they're correct

4. Both sim can connect to internet though mobile data 

5. Both have credits

Just wont send SMS

Any suggestions for possible fix?
