Chat Feature

After so many attempts of registering chat features on my Note 20 Ultra i dont know what happened all of a sudden its activated.

Is it because of the update??

Chat feature will only turn on when you are connected to the internet

Yeah been having a hard time activating it. I even called samsung to help me out on this. Im connected to the internet like 24/7 since im working from home and my data allocation from my service provider

Its hard activating chat feature when your sim is postpaid, I didn't know how but one day, chat feature for my globe postpaid just got activated 😅

Sorry to hear that ugene, if your sim is postpaid, then you're network provider only has the control over it.
