Chat service with Message

Hi, anyone here using galaxy note 20 ultra having an issue to complete chat setting in message setting? Error attached below.

Nope. I tried just now after reading your post to confirm and didn't think about checking it further. 😅

I did ask them but they will ask you to check with telco for any service blockage..im eone checking with celcom and they claim they did not block any service..

I'm on a different service provider so most likely it's not service related issue.
