Dual whatsapp not functiong well in Note!!

All the pdf files and also photo/files/voice clip sent if more than 2 days it cannot be forwarded to others nor download it again unless you connect using whatsapp web then download and resend back! This problem had been persisting since end of May!! Can samsung please come out with a solution with this. It is super annoying especially during urgency of work and all files received cant view cant forward or sent..#$%*@

other phone no problem, only samsung dual apps, all files to open in dual apps or pdf all failed. if open at 1st apps then no problem

Lock . Used single password . Manage password . Setting on profile account yet? Maybe downgrade software done with your personally . Kan cantik kalau pakai smartphone Samsung ,Lappy pun Samsung, segalanya Samsung . Samsung bagus apa dari depan pagar rumah sampai pintu belakang rumah ada item product. Well what kind of brand up to you. Dalam rumah saya pun pelbagai jenama ada 🤭 . Maaf la saya newbie 🤗😅

not working, u can google for this problem.. only dual apps got problem. main 1st whatsapp app no issue
