E-store voucher from Samsung Note20 Ultra pre-order

For those who pre-ordered Samsung Note 20 Ultra and opted to choose e-store voucher instead of galaxy buds live, when did you receive your e-store vouchers or are you still waiting for it? In my case, I bought mine last aug 30 and have my samsung account activated at the same day. 

From the Samsung note above, the voucher will be given within 3-days of activation. As I checked the benefits section in the app, there is still no voucher added and I am still waiting for it.

Do you have similar situation as mine?
