For Delivery But Was Picked Up at Consegnia

Due to Samsung's inefficiencies and lack of concern to its customers, some picked up their S24 Ultra at the Consegnia LC warehouse. I, foe one, was one of them.

To cover up the inefficiency of Samsung and Consegnia, upon pickup at the warehouse, CLC texted the customers THAT THEY ALREADY DELIVERED ON TIME the smarphones.

What has Samsung did was outrageous! Aren't we be going to be compensated with the hassle and inconveniences?

Where po yung warehouse ng Consegnia? I got a text message na ready na daw po yung phone ko for delivery pero till now wala pa din nacontact from Consegnia.

Finally got mine from them, and I think their office is at Trion towers in BGC taguig

How many attempts did you wait for them to deliver your phone? Mine was out for delivery today but they never deliver it.

It's located at Filipinas Ave, UPS5 Subd, Parañaque City. Would you believe that I am just 2 kms away from them and they can't even deliver it on time. Worse, I've waited more than an hour at CLC since my unit is nowhere to be found. What an inconvenience!

My gosh! Did you just visit them abs advise that you will just pickup the phone?

No, i went there on my own. I pre-ordered online last Jan 18 and paid via CC. Samsung emailed that delivery will be 3-10 days after Jan 24. Then, upon tracking, it was already sent to CLC last Jan 26 and will be delivered by Jan 29. It didn't happen. Then someone thru thia forum mentioned that he already went to CLC and got the unit on Jan 30. No feedbacks, apologies, etc were sent to us.

This was really surprising. I might visit their hub. Thank you for your thoughts! Did they charge you if you have exceeded the 1 hour limit of transferring files?
