First make sure your remote unlock option is on as the video show above.
1. Go to https://findmymobile.samsung.com/.
2. Log in your samsung account.
3. Click on the unlock.
4. Click unlock again , enter your samsung account password then the device will be unlocked.
5. Device must connect to Internet to perform all this step.
