The new firmware is available, and while a detailed changelog isn't available, we know it bumps up the Android security patch on the S10 Lite to March 2021 and doesn't bring wireless DeX support to the smartphone.
The One UI 3.1 update for the Galaxy Note 10 Lite is seeding in Ulkarine at the time of writing this, but it should expand to other regions soon.
If you live in Spain and haven't received One UI 3.1 on your Note 10 Lite yet, you can try checking it manually by navigating to the Settings > Software update menu on the device.
