It is best for your to bring your device to the nearest Samsung center for further diagnose. They could inform you the root caused of it and will help you to replace the part.
Just go 3rd party repair shops for parts. But if u really want the true diagnostic I suggest u go Samsung first. Cauze at this point it's pretty much not worth it getting original parts for premium price unless u plan change new phone 6 months time.
