Good day,
We do understand your concern and this is Moderator from Samsung members,
could you please try to enter safe mode ?
If the ghost touch does not occur with the device in safe mode then there is a third-party app causing this. You may have to delete your third-party apps one by one until you find the one causing the issue.
However, if the issues occur in safe mode, you might request a D2D checking as well.

Galaxy NoteI'm having the same problem after latest update. This ghost touch problem getting worst. Btw, I have entered safe mode, and also I have no 3rd party apps on my note 10 plus. Please assist. Thank you
