Any Galaxy Note 10 plus owner experiencing ghost touch after major update UI 3.0?

Settings > Display > Accidental touch protection > Enable.

Done that since first day. Do you know the different of ghost touch and accidental touch? I think you don't understand what I'm talking about.

Now my phone Note 10 Lite also serious ghost touch issue cant even type with the keyboard...

Good day,

We do understand your concern and this is Moderator from Samsung members,

could you please try to enter safe mode

 

If the ghost touch does not occur with the device in safe mode then there is a third-party app causing this. You may have to delete your third-party apps one by one until you find the one causing the issue.

 

However, if the issues occur in safe mode, you might request a D2D checking as well.

ghost touch as in, it move slide itself then open up an app itself? yup been there..

I'm having the same problem after latest update. This ghost touch problem getting worst. Btw, I have entered safe mode, and also I have no 3rd party apps on my note 10 plus. Please assist. Thank you
