google playstore not working on note 10

Why is google playstore is not working cannot update and install an app via wifi but its works with mobile data malakas naman yung wifi. ANY HELP ?

mine is fine. try to restart the unit

it didnt work after factory reset but after i restarted again got works. .thanks.
