Galaxy NoteDear Samsung Malaysia, I'm hoping you consider in extending the program to replace the screen for loyal Samsung user. My Note20 Ultra(many users within range s20-s22 models are facing this same issue after latest updates) facing green & pink lines issue on the screen several weeks after the latest software update. I seek your full attention to users like me that encounter the problem after 15 August 2024(replacement program ended as im told by service center). I've been a loyal fan that trusted Samsung's brand of flagship phones for more then 20 years, please dont ignore our plight as this will diminish our loyalty to the brand. Thank you.
