Greenish display Note9 final update

On 21 May 2020, i received a good news from malaysia samsung customer service. They offer me a satisfactory solution for my note9 display.

Samsung Malaysia really listen to user and has conducted a thorough investigation and finally give me a solution to resolve my issue.

I m satisfied with their solution and confident it is the best option that i should have.

Thank you Samsung Malaysia, thank you to the team from customer service, and also thank you to the team of service center from Sunway Carnival.

you may refer my previous posts, u may look at the approaches. hopefully it help. however if regarding the solution for my display, it depends on the diagnose results from samsung, so samsung will suggest to you. my case i accepted their proposal for my issue. cheer

i understand different individuals might get different solutions from Samsung. but we all other users as your note 9 friends would like to know how did Samsung settle with you. so we could have an idea or suggest an to our Samsung service centre. u asking us to refer to previous posts doesn't help us at all just tell us what did they do?

hi. the solution will be different according to the device as per samsung explained. that y i would share the approaches that works in my case. hopefully you can look at the approaches that i shared in my previpus posts. hope it help.

Thank you Ssmsung Malaysia. Finally i got my greenish screen issue resolved.
For the rest, please log a report via the samsung member.Follow the instruction to do all the troubleshooting steps. Finally go to service center to do a factory reset. But dont pay to repair the screen yet. Unless your screen have some physical damage. Then you still have a chance to appeal.
Keep the order sheet and send to Samsung again via samsung member apps to evaluate your case. Good luck to you all.
