1. we hv some friends from other parts of the world said that their service center help the note9 user to update software in order to resolve the display greenish problem. But in malaysia especially my experience, the service center will ask for payment for display replacement... so different solution, for similar problem??
2. Most users encountered the display happened after March update. If those for replace the display with cost... is the display only due to the software update? We r waiting the concrete solution
3. Some users said the may update can solve the display issue. Can samsung help us to verify this?

Hi moderator. thanks for your information. fyi, your colleague has help me to do the diagnose via smart tutor during the earlier of mco period
then when the service center is opened this early of May, my phone is sent to the nearest samsung center for further checking. and the option is screen replacement when they look at the greenish screen.
But funny is if hardware problem, why the display problem only happened intermittent?
However when we check from other note9 users, the option of screen replacement may not the only options which suggested by other samsung service center.
this is why we note9 users waiting a best solution for us as a note' fan. Hope samsung will finally give us a best solution asap.
