I just installed the software upgrade for my Samsung Ultra Note 20. Now the keyboard does not automatically appear when you point to the text input message box. Instead I now have to select the keyboard and then it becomes a floating keyboard. I try to adjust and reset in the settings section to no avail. It's rather annoying. Anyone knows how to resolve this?
Ok. I took your suggestion and contacted Samsung who requested to use the Smart tutor to access my phone to check. She told me the issue is caused by the S pen setting 'S pen to text' which was turned on. It should be turned off. I think it was turned on when the software update was installed because I never touched the settings. Anyway the issue is now resolved. Thanks for the suggestion.
Ah I see.. glad that the Smart Tutor has resolved ur issue. 😉 The technician I was attended to before, was very patient and kept trying ways to solve my problem, instead of saying nothing can be done.
