Lag/Auto Off

Lately my phone lag/hang while with some apps, after that turn off automatically. Try to restart, and check whatever possibility why it's happen.

But couldn't find any issue on that. Can anyone share do your have such experience?

If after restarting the problem once a while still occurs, I think next step is for you to perform factory reset. Make sure you do a backup first.

What is your phone model? Do u install any new apps or games recently? U may do a factory reset but rmb to do backup 1st ya
