Hi! "show as pop-up" option alwaaaays turns off automatically, anyone else experience this? app is updated, chat heads on the app is "on" as well. do you guys know how to fix it?
Not in my case. I don't use chat heads (I turned it off in the app settings). But pop-ups are working.
Have you tried allowing bubbles in the device notification settings (in photos)?
My problem with this is the notifications are late. So I created a routine to open the app every night to catch up esp on group messages. Hmmm.. I think notifications from direct messages are fine. Perhaps I don't always receive notifications from group chats because some of the members there were blocked or unfriended by me. Ahaha. I only thought of that just now while I'm replying. I have to check that out. This only happened as soon as I started using this device as replacement of my 4 year old phone. Hmmmm so maybe it's just the phone or the app, not my unsociable attitude.
