My Files App hanging/stopping phone from deleting.

Hey there, had some problems with my Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G. When trying to delete a folder or delete a picture in a particular folder at My Files App, it seems that it's not able to delete it nor to show me a continuous message indicating My Files has stooped because of blah blah blah reasons. Can someone professionally help me in this matter? Thank you
