note 10 lite s pen software issue

I can't access any of my s pen features. I have tried everything there is. When I take out the s pen, the air command didn't launch thus making me unable to access any of the features. The s pen can interact with the phone and the phone does recognise the pen. But I can't access the s pen features without launching air command. Yes, I have been going to the s pen settings for quite sometime now.

perhaps u screenshot your s-pen setting page and show us... then may be we can help...

sorry. didn't realize i can do that. here's the settings. some are greyed out and idk why. the settings of when s pen is removed has only 2 options which is launch note or do nothing. i have seen with other note device they have 3 options which the third is launch air command. but somehow mine doesn't have that. and although the settings for launching air command with s pen hovering and pressing the button is on, mine does nothing when i did just that. i bought my phone last Thursday btw.

i have. this is the only options. and it did works. but still, i can't access my air command thus making me unable to access all of the s pen features.
