Galaxy NoteAmazing day, Marie! For your concern, please do check this link for some troubleshooting steps to resolve the overheating issue. We may also suggest to always close apps running in the background, reduce screen brightness, avoid excessive heavy usage, avoid thick cellphone casing, clear cache partition of your device, when using camera...check resolution setting and bring it down to the average resolution instead of using max megapixels, turn off data/wifi/bluetooth when not in use.
As with the problem with the network signal, you may want to reset your network settings, check your area if it has low network coverage for certain telecoms, check your device casing if it's too thick...also, if you think that your sim card is quite old, you can have it changed for a new one WITHOUT CHANGING YOUR NUMBER. Just head on to the nearest telco centers of your network provider and ask them for further details about changing your sim. 😉
Hope this helps you. Be sure to click " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you. 🙂
