Note 10+ S-pen Cannot Connecting With Phone

You are not alone. Happens the same on my note 10 exactly after december update. Problem remains even after UI 4.0 upgrade few days back.

No Bro. Tried clearing cache, reset etc but to no avail.
@SamsungAdmin, kindly escalate this issue for immediate solution please.

Yar hope they fix the issue as soon as possible. Other persom said, try buy new s pen. That might be my last choice.

Get a new SPen to try. If new SPen is working, means previous SPen has battery issue.

Quick update. I went to Samsung service centre. Indeed it's the pen itself. Tried a new pen and straight away it works. I'm suspecting there's internal counter which determines life span of the pen. Normally, according to the service technician, it's around 2 years of usage and mine sadly, just past the two-year mark.
