Recently I relocated my Unifi Mobile SIM from a China made phone to Note10 Lite, then I realised voice over LTE doesn't work. The same SIM was working fine in earlier phone, same go to the phone was working fine with Celcom SIM.If I turn off LTE, it works fine with call but Internet doesn't work since Malaysia 3G network had turn off.
Anyone has same experience that can advise?

Good to know thay it's working now. I'm not sure why it didn't work before but possibly due to swapping of sim causing the phone or maybe the provider itself confusion in their software or system.
Anyway, Volte should work now if you turn it back on.

One last thing, if you may, appreciate if you could click on 3 dots and accept solution.

I remember it happened to my N10 before. What I did was I installed Samsung Band Selection.
Once installed, click on 'more network settings', click on Unifi mobile ( your case ), and enable VoLTE.

👍 thanks for the solution. Yes I can make calls now by deactivated VoLTE.

My next curiosity would be why thete is this incompatible between the sim and the phone, while both side advertised they support VoLTE. 🤔
