Note 10+ speaker problem

Can we hear in both of our speaker in note 10+ or speaker on below only when we make a call using loudspeaker?

I think that's normal. I've been using my S10 for 9 months and it has always been like this, only bottom speaker is used as the speakerphone. (This is because calls uses single channel audio, there's no point firing both speakers for a low quality voice call and reduce battery life.)
