Note 20 Ultra Black Screen and LED lights Of the phone case not working

I was using my phone for few minutes early this morning and the screen suddenly went black. I tried to soft restart it several times but it didnt work. Until now, I couldnt use my phone. I only bought my phone last September. It seems that a lot of users are experiencing this kind of issue. Also, the lights of my LED phone case aren’t working for a month already. What’s going on, Samsung? Why are you selling expensive products with bad quality? Very disappointing.

I also experienced when the phone won't turn screen on, turned out it's too cold in my room (aircon). Charging it help return to its normal temperature. Try charging it. Hope it works for you

unfortunately it didnt work for me. İ have done all the advised troubleshooting but it didnt work. İ called the customer care and İ was told thatİ need to take it to their repair service- which İ did the following day. They couldnt say the exact reason why it happened they said that probably it was because of the latest updated software.  The lastest software has damaged the motherboard but they were not certain.

Hello, İ have already took my phone to your repair center and İ was told that it may take 2-3 days for the repair. İ called the 2 contact numbers provided on the second and the third day for any update but no one answered the call so İ called your hotline to ask whats going on they cant tell as well sonthey just give a heads up to your repair center to contact me asap. Your repair center called me on the 5th day and was told that the parts couldnt be delivered on a weekend and they will give me an update the following day which was a Monday. Guess what? İ havent heard anything from them. Also, my LED Case couldnt be fixed they said that the cord inside has always been bent thats why it doesnt work anymore. But duh, so İ should just not open the cover of the phone case? İt doesnt make sense. The quality of your family phone is bad, the expensive phone case’s quality is bad as well and your customer service is the WORST. İ really regret switching to Samsung. The overall quality is disgusting.
