Note 20 Ultra heats up when camera is used

My Note 20 Ultra is less than a month old. However, when the camera is opened, it heats up. I read that it should be expected when doing 8k videos/108megapixel however I was only using the normal mode and it still gets warm. Also, the battery depletes faster when the camera is on. Anybody else experiencing this on N20U?

That's normal. Camera uses a lot of processing
