I'm suggesting to schedule restart your phone.. maybe schedule restart your phone while you sleep as when you wake up, your phone "fresh" as you 😁

Use the bootloader restart. Power button and up volume button simultaneously till the blue android pic background come out. Go to clear all cache and then restart
