note 9 no more fast charging

Is it possible latest update is bugging fast charging feature?! When i plug-in cable, it shows "fast charging 1:40hrs", then change to "charger charging 1:59hrs", then... "Cable charging 2:30hrs".

Any solution? Currently updated to latest version

Turn the device off. Press and hold the Power key past the model name screen. ... Release the Volume down key when you see Safe Mode. Check if fast charging works.

i tried safe mode, also same thing, awhile fast charge then cavle charging. i even tried recovery mode to perform soft reset

after plugged-in, i can only put it there, can't use it while charging.

There may be an issue with one of your OS settings, or there may be a misconfiguration blocking fast charging to work. To minimize the chance of software bugs from developing, try to reset all settings back defaults.

now u can juz hold the power off to enter safe mode after press the on off button

have you checked if that your fast charging option is on? at battery settings

It happens to my old S6+ but not on my N10, however rarely. When it happens, I unplugged the cable and did device maintenance. Then, plugged it back. 100% of the time so far, it works and charges in fast charging mode.
