I haven't received this update in Malaysia...

*EDIT: thanks for the information, but yes I indeed know how to manually check for the update in the setting section, but unfortunately there's still no luck with that.

**Actually, I'm currently on the One UI 2.0 BETA programme, and I would really love to get the stable release since the beta has caused some problems with certain apps e.g. Banking app, so I basically cannot use it. I have already consulted Samsung customer services, but they advised me to just wait...

Seems like a similar issue to the one that another user encountered.

You might want to consider flashing the latest firmware onto your device but it does require careful steps.
