My Note 9 has been experiencing slight stuttering while taking videos. Is this a software or hardware issue?

You can also use the samsung members automatic checks and interactive checks to first run your own diagnosis.

Nazrae you can use Samsung member app to check the problem just go to home page you can see the last right side customer service you just check and report Samsung person with check for you
