Note 10

Hi everyone,

I want to check if anyone users of note 10 having the same issues.

I am having problem with my S pen. I remove the S pen it will state that my S pen has been disconneted and also need to re pair before i can use. 

I seldom use it. Do we need to re pair each time using it. I went to the care centre but they could not find any issues.

sorry.. did u always switch on the "s pen air actions"?

all are default. i toke it over to the samsung care. but the error did not show up. it only come randomly. kinda dissapointed on it.

also tried .. yet the error still comes back. care centre even dignose the whole phone on it. as the error comes randomly.

sorry i cant help u.. fyi, b4 this, my n9 also happened but sometimes.. i dont even make anything till i changed my phone.. haha

Andy Poh try to restart the phone and please... check for update , are you switch on the s pen air actions ? please check
