Hi,

I have my Note9 from Malaysia SM-N960FZKDXME and i live in Egypt, i can't update my android to android 10 even i still have android 8.1 i tried smart switch but the problem is still there, the app says your location in Egypt you have the latest update, is there any suggestions to solve my problem.

Samsung is rolling out Android Q (10) in stages. Pretty sure you will got yours within days or week.

For SEA/Malaysia the rollout of Android 10 for Note 9 is completed last month. Since you're in EMEA, there will be delays for you to get the update. dont worry you'll get it soon 😆
