Galaxy NoteSamsung Note9 is not able to fast chage with Adaptive Fast Charger and the service man outside told fast charge chip is not working.
However it's able to "fast charge" with Samsung 25W & 45W adapter. Is it safe to use high power chargers?
How can i know what voltage and current it's using for charging (Ampere app already used, not sure of its correctness because voltage is not varying as per adapted output)

Galaxy Note
Yes, it's absolutely safe to use a 25W or 45W charging adapter, because if u take a look at the specification of the charger (fine prints), u can see that there are variations in the volts-amp rating and it will adjust accordingly, to only how much power ur phone is requiring.
