while others are rocking the one ui 3.0 / android 11 update on their phones, even older model from other regions has gotten the update, why note 20 hk still dont.
its unfair to role out updates to older model no matter which regions when the newer ones still havent
other note 20 from other region all have gotten it. did samsung forgot their the hong kong customers?
did we not pay the same amount if not more for the phone?
why are we left out of the updates here in hong kong.
ive tried to contact the customer service. but they are unhelpful as expected. they can only say "youll get the update when you get the update"
other note 20 from other region has started getiing the update since last December. now its almost end of january and still no update on hk variant.
i click on check update everyday only to be dissapointed. please samsung update team, roll out the update for hk variant asap.
