Incoming anytime... keep on checking your software updates... Singapore updates normally comes after 12 pm...

We r always later then Malaysia and well... Our friend there get theirs few days ago so Spore would b very soon...

Based on time frame of my own experience on my S21 Ultra... I got mine just a few days after Malaysia side got theirs so hang in there...!!!

According to Samsung Singapore's official notice, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is slated to receive the OneUI 4.0 update this month (January 2022). :)

What kind of technical tests may I ask? Hasn't tests been done right from the start before roll out started? May I also ask, is Singapore having much lesser Samsung users than other countries around us thus we have to wait longer?
