Galaxy NoteHi,
Used to be able to take very clear photos, and using the 108mp camera allowed me to zoom in to see finer details in the photos.
However, recently the camera seemed blurry (the photos taken also unable to zoom into finer details as before). When using the camera and zooming in, it gets blurry (between 1x to 5x zoom), but will then become very clear when it hits 5x zoom. Is this a software issue, and are there any solutions to this? Will the upcoming one ui 4 fix this software issue?
Thanks!

Galaxy NoteHello Members_ZzvBgno. I am Faiz, from Samsung.
We're sorry for the experience. Can we trouble you to perform following troubleshooting steps?
1. Soft reset your Device
- Hold the Power button and Volume Down button simultaneously.
- While holding both of the buttons, the phone will automatically restart.
- You can release the buttons once the phone prompts with the Samsung logo after the phone has already turned on.
2. Clear individual Cached Data
- Settings > Apps > Camera Apps > Storage > Clear Cache and Clear Data.
3. Reset camera settings
- Open the Camera app
- Tap Settings
- Tap Reset Camera settings.
4. Update Phone Software (if any)
- Go to Settings > Software Update > Tap Download updates Manually to check for any updates.
If the issue persists, may we invite you to book an appointment at our service centre - https://www.samsung.com/sg/support/where-to-find-samsung-service-centre-in-singapore/ where our service engineer will assess your device and advise you accordingly?
Thank you.

Galaxy NoteHi Faiz,
Thanks for replying.
Unfortunately, steps 1 - 4 did not solve the issue. Guess i'll try the last step, or wait for the new software update.

Galaxy NoteDear SamsungFaiz,
I tried this method and even reached out to the Samsung Contact Centre for support and got no resolution.
Amazingly, everything I shake my camera or hit it a bit, it gets back to being clear at 1x -5x.

Galaxy NoteI got Note 20 ultra since new on 2021.
issues :
- camera blur : snaping back of the phone shall do the trick
- green line to pink line after update
amazingly all rise after warranty expired.
kind of curious if this is hardware issue, will it re accrue after some time? spare part is quite expensive though.
i have older samsung still working fine after 5 years, its not even a flagship one.

Galaxy NoteRecently for about 2 months now, my prpimary camera had difficulty focusing. The software reset and cache helped but it still persists from time to time. (Seems like is a hardware issue as the software cannot control it to focus even when tapping the object to focus.)
