Overheating note 20 ultra

My Samsung Note 20 Ultra just keep warming up on normal business use. 

Now just realized the entire back cover glass fall off, the adhesive completely melted. I worry the front glass would be the same. 

How to fix and whats the cost if send to samsung?

Mine has also melted. And it gets so hot these days when charging & watching YouTube. It's only 1 year old. What is the matter w Samsung. I hv used Samsung note since note 3. This note 20 is the worst. First month I had black screen problem. Not melting. Terrible!
