Whats happening PLDT?? Its been 3 days no internet still?? Cant even talk to a live person

Did you see the notice? I'm not on PLDT. I'm using Globe but I can talk to a live person.

I cant always automated system with reference number. Started last sunday until now no internet

I remember, 2 times namin tinawagan customer service ng PLDT kasi 1 week kaming walang internet... haha

Kaso d ako maka connect sa CSR nila palaging automated palagi sinasabi will update after 8hrs kahapon pa yung 8hrs.
