Galaxy Note
After the recent android 10 update, my phone has been freezing and rebooting itself several times a day. The screen also glitches. I have tried clearing cache partition, and replacing my sim card but nothing helps.
Is anyone experiencing similar problems?

I've done that but the reply I've gotten from them is to wait for the next update which is not very helpful

back up you phone using smartswitch app/online cloud storage, then try factory reset it. you gotta do that if everything else doesn't work.

So sorry to hear that. Hope the following will help.
Troubleshooting sequence:
1. Delete corrupt/obsolete system cache (to do this you have to delete cache partition - search internet how to delete cache partition)
2. Run phone in safe mode. If it runs OK in safe mode (again search internet how to do this), problem is due to one or more rogue third party apps. Reboot to normal mode and uninstall the rogue apps. If you don't know which apps rogue, delete apps one by one and check phone.
3. If phone still lags, freezes etc in safe mode, backup files and data and do factory reset (search how to in Internet).
4. If #3 still doesn't help, return the phone and try to get replacement.
